Dolby Regarding Item H, Councilmember Martin questioned if the City will have to cover the cost of sewer lines for the six (6) new single-family lots after closing the existing sanitary sewer line. Planning and Development Director Tim Tietjens responded no, the developer plans to re-orient the lots; and there will be no obstruction to the utilities. Councilmember Moser moved to approve the Consent Agenda pursuant to staff recommendations. Councilmember Leonard seconded. MOTION PASSED.
