Pfeiffer, Commissioners <br />Bobby J. Burgin, Charles D. Boyle, Lois J. Compton, and H. Gould <br />Crofoot. <br />MEMBERS OF THE COMM/SS/ON ABSENT: None <br />OTHER CITY OFF/C/ALS PRESENT: City Administrator P. V. Werner, City <br />Ierk Marilyn Kelley, Chief of Police H. F. Freeman, Superintendent <br />of Streets Clifford Ellis, and Water and Sewer Superintendent Lyman <br />Cunningham. <br />PRESIDING: Mayor Pfeiffer. <br />+ + + <br />9. The City Administrator outitned the duties of the Department <br />Heads, the departments they will serve and etc. (See Exhtbit <br />No. 9). <br />+ + + <br />2. A motion was made by Commissioner Boyle, seconded by Commisstoner <br />Burgin and carried, that Ordinance No. 808 be passed on first <br />and final reading. <br />CAPTION: <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND TRASH <br />IN THE C1TY OF LA FORTE AND ESTABLISHING RATES; PROVIDING FOR <br />THE LICENSING OF COh`rMERCIAL HAULERS; PROVIDING TI-!~ ANY PERSON <br />VIOLATING THE TERMS OF THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE DEEMED GUILTY <br />OF A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION SHALL BE FINED IN ANY SUM <br />NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00), AND EACH DAY OF <br />VIOLATION SHALL BE DEEMED A SEPARATE OFFENSE; CONTAINING <br />REPEALING AND SAVING CLAUSES; AND PROVlD1NG AN EFFECTIVE DATE <br />HEREOF. <br />+ + + <br />THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS AT NAND, THE MEETING WAS ADJOURNED. <br />ATTEST: <br />~~ ~~ <br />MARlLYN KELLEY <br />CITY CLERK <br />H.
