The City Attorney was authorized to prepare an Ordinance <br />contro Utng Air Pollution. <br />+ + + <br />8. The Cify Administrator was requested to contact H. Carlos <br />Smith ~.to investigate the paving before the one year guarantee <br />runs outs. <br />• + + + <br />9. The City Administrator was instructed to qet quotations and <br />hire an engineer to replace the water line between Iowa and <br />Utah on ~~E~~ Street. <br />+ + + <br />10. Commissioner Crofoot made a motion, seconded by Commissioner <br />Burgin, that the City Administrator be authorized to dispose <br />of three surplus trucks in the manner he deems Host advisable. <br />Motion carried. <br />+ + + <br />11.
