Mr. Askins stated the cities offer of X2,500 for <br />the purchase of the Bayshore Water Company had been <br />refused by Mrs. Storms and he was prepared to file <br />an injunction suit to keep the service from being <br />discontinued. <br />Motion was made by Commissioner Boyle, seconded by <br />Commissioner Burgin that Ordinance No. 854 be adopted <br />as read. Mr. Glenn Miller appeared before the Commission in <br />regards to the city furnishing lights, public rest <br />rooms, water faucets and filling in of ditches at <br />the little league ball fields. <br />Mayor Pfeiffer suggested that Mr. Miller and his <br />committee get together with Commissioner Thomas, <br />as any expenditures on the project would have to <br />be recommended to the Commission by Commissioner <br />Thomas, since this is within his department. <br />+ + + <br />10.
