Motion by Commissioner Crofoot, seconded by Commissioner <br />Thomas to adopt Ordinance No. 866 as read. Motion <br />carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Thomas, Kibodeaux and Crofoot. <br />NAYS: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Burgin. <br />CAPTION: <br />AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING PARKING VEHICLES ON THE <br />FRONTAGE ROADS OF NEW STATE HIGHWAY #146, BETWEEN <br />SPENCER HIGHWAY (MAIN STREET) AND SOUTH AVENUE "J" <br />(FAIRMONT PARK~,~AY); PROVIDING FOR EFFECT OF PROOF <br />OF OWNERSHIP OF VEHICLE; PROVIDING THAT ANY PERSON <br />VIOLATING THE TERMS OF THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE DEEMED <br />GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR, AND UPON CONVICTION SHALL <br />BE FINED ANY SUM NOT MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS <br />(200.00); AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br />+ + + <br />5.
