APPROVAL OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE - Motion by Commissioner Kibodeaux, <br />seconded by Commissioner Simons to approve the accounts payable <br />as presented. A copy is attached and made a part of these <br />minutes. Motion carried by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Love, Kibodeaux, Cline, and Simons. <br />NAYS: None. <br />• + + + <br />6. VISITORS WISHING TO ADDRESS THE COMMISSION - JAMES H. SMITH - <br />711 North 12th Street, was recognized and addressed the Commission <br />regarding the policies for Commission Meetings and Work Shops, to <br />better inform the public when they might discuss problems with <br />the Commission. <br />Mr. Smith stated that he felt some consideration should be given <br />department heads regarding extra pay for the night meetings, after <br />a regular working day; and would like to have the Commission make <br />a report on meetings or seminars they attended. <br />+ + + <br /> <br />
