Fogarty <br /> (b) Consider approval or other action regarding an enhancement grant amount not to exceed <br /> $16,759.93 to David or Sharon Tindle, owners of Oak Center at 1000 S. Broadway, to be <br /> awarded at the completion of the project-S. Livingston <br /> 3. DISCUSSION OR OTHER ACTION <br /> (a) Discussion or other action regarding the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 - S. <br /> Livingston <br /> 4. SET DATE FOR NEXT MEETING -S. Livingston <br /> 5. Board member comments regarding matters appearing on agenda; Recognition of <br /> community members, city employees, and upcoming events; inquiry of staff regarding <br /> specific factual information or existing policies. <br /> 6.
