This letter is <br />our request for consideration of the following rates. Each year <br />BFI's financial position has deteriorated rather than improved. <br />The reason is multi-faceted, but centers around terms which more <br />closely fit calculations for commercial front load rates (compacted <br />trash) and not predominately loose yardage for open top rolloff <br />accounts. The following charts will demonstrate the impact of what <br />has happened over the last several years. <br />ORIGINAL CONTRACT RATES (1990) <br />CONTAINER RATE/ RATE BREAKDOWN TOTAL <br />SIZE CO.
