person or entity: 1)a daily rental usage fee;2)an initial attachment fee;3)a relocation fee,if the meter <br /> is requested to be moved to another fire hydrant; and 4)water usage charge, which shall be calculated <br /> based on same rate applicable to commercial/industrial user for 3-inch meter.All of the aforementioned <br /> fees and charges shall be in an amount established by the city and listed in appendix A of this Code. <br /> Such fees are to be charged to the,person's or entity's account and collected through the normal billing <br /> and collection process. <br /> Section 2. That Appendix — A "Fees", Chapter 74, "Utilities," "Water and Sewer Service <br /> Charges",Division 2"Water Service Rates and Charges",is hereby amended and shall hereinafter <br /> read as follows: <br /> Division 2. Water Service Rates and Charges <br /> (a)Water service rates: �74-246 <br /> (1)Residential use: A minimum charge,per month ..... 7.95 <br /> (2)Apartment units, duplex units, individual mobile homes in mobile home parks,with 5.35 <br /> units not individually metered for water: A minimum charge per month, per living unit <br /> (3)Commercial and industrial use: A minimum charge per month shall be made in <br /> accordance with the size of the meter utilized to measure service to the customer in <br /> accordance with the following schedules <br /> r <br /> '/a-inch meter, or smaller meter..... 9.35 <br /> b. 1-inch meter..... 12.85 <br /> mc. 1%2-inch meter..... 22.75 <br /> d. 2-inch meter..... 36.65 <br /> e. 3-inch meter, (including fire hydrant meters leased from city)..... 76.35 <br /> 7, f <br /> 4-inch meter..... 131.85 <br /> g. 6-inch meter..... 290.60 <br /> h. 8-inch meter or larger..... 512.80 <br /> (4)Volume charges: <br /> a. Each minimum bill of residential, commercial and industrial shall include 2,000 <br /> gallons of water per month. <br /> b. Each minimum bill of apartment units, duplex units, individual mobile homes in <br /> mobile home parks,with units not individually metered for water, shall include <br /> 2,000 gallons of water per unit per month. <br />
