Broadway. Second by <br />Councilperson Clarke. The motion carried, 6 ayes and 0 nays <br />(Councilperson Porter was away from the table). <br /> <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Councilpersons Sutherland, Cooper, McLaughlin, <br />Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone <br />None <br /> <br />Ayes: <br /> <br />After discussion, motion was made bv Councilperson Skelton to <br />award the bid for an underqround fuel storaqe tank to <br />Robertson Electronics Companv in the amount of $18.902.84. <br />Second by Councilperson Clarke. There were no administrative reports. <br /> <br />19. Council Action: Councilpersons Sutherland, McLaughlin, <br />Skelton, Clarke and Mayor Malone brought items to Council's <br />attention. <br /> <br />20. Council adjourned into executive session at 7: 13 P.M. to <br />address the following: (A) Meet with attorney and City <br />Manager regarding Elizabeth Lane right-Of-way acquisition; (B) <br />Receive Report from City Manager on Personnel Items; (C) Meet <br />with City Manager regarding interlocal agreement with City of <br />Deer Park for utility services outside city limits of La <br />Porte; (D) discuss naming chairman; for La Porte Centennial <br />Celebration committee. Council returned to the Council table <br />at 9:05 P.M. <br /> <br />The following agenda items were addressed: <br /> <br />7. Council considered entering into interlocal agreement with <br />City of Deer Park for furnishing utility service outside city <br />limits of La Porte. <br /> <br />The City Attorney read: ORDINANCE 1709 - AN ORDINANCE <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF LA <br />PORTE AND THE CITY OF DEER PARK FOR WATER AND SEWER SERVICE <br />TO CERTAIN EXISTING COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS LOCATED WITHIN <br />THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF DEER PARK, ON UNDERWOOD ROAD; MAKING <br />
