Call to order. 2. Consider approval or other action of minutes from the February 11, 2015 meeting. 3. Approval or other action for early drawdown of La Porte Area Water Authority Bond Debt. 4. Approval or other action of FY 2014—2015 LPAWA Operating Budget. 5. General Manager's Report. 6. Board Comments — Matters appearing on the: Recognition of community members, city employees, and upcoming events; Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy. a.
