<br />1. CALL TO ORDER
<br />
<br />The meeting was called to order by Mayor Norman Malone at 6:00 p.m.
<br />

<br />2. Reverend Noel Perez of Glory Ministries delivered the invocation.

<br />3. Mayor Malone led the Pledge of Allegiance.
<br />
<br />4. Council considered approving the Minutes of the City Council Retreat Workshop Meeting
<br />held on March 22,2003, and the Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting held on
<br />March 24,2003.
<br />
<br />Motion was made bv Councilmember Ebow to aDDrove the Minutes of the City Council
<br />Retreat Workshop Meetine: held on March 22.2003. and the Minutes of the Regular City
<br />Council Meeting: held on March 24.2003. Second by Councilmember Warren. The motion
<br />carried.

<br />5. PRESENTATIONS
<br />
<br />A. Space Shuttle Columbia Day Proclamation was presented to Associate Director
<br />. Susan Garman of NASA by Mayor Malone.
