BROUSSARD, DIRECTOR OF <br />FINANCE, TO ACT FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, <br />TEXAS, I N MAKING APPLICATION TO THE TEXAS PARKS AND <br />WILDLIFE DEP1~TMENT FOR GRANTS-IN-AID UNDER THE OUTDOOR <br />RECREATI.JN PLAN. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is contemplated that the City of <br />La Porte, Texas, plans to develop a concept of neigh- <br />borhood parks; and <br /> <br />'..' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is found that the City if unable <br /> <br />to provide the total cost of such a program; ~ld <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and proper to <br /> <br />apply fo~ aid in order to have sufficient funds to <br /> <br />implement the plan. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND <br />CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS <br />THAT <br /> <br />Larry L.
