CERTIFICATE FOR RESOLUTION THE STATE OF TEXAS ~ COUNTY OF HARRIS ~ CITY OF LA PORTE ~ We, the undersigned officers of the City Commission of the City of La Porte, Texas, hereby certify as follows: 1. The City Commission of the City of La Porte, Texas, convened in .special meeting, on the 22nd day of January , 1971, in the City Hall within the City, and the roll was called of the duly constituted officers and members of said Commission and the City Clerk, to-wit: H.
