Saving,' Clause. <br /> <br />If any provision, exception, section, subsection, para- <br /> <br />graph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance or the <br /> <br />application of same to any person or set of circumstances, <br /> <br />shall for any reason be held unconstitutional, void or invalid, <br /> <br />such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining <br /> <br />provisions of this ordinance or their application to other <br /> <br />persons or sets of circumstances and to this end, all provisions <br /> <br />of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />Section 3. Penalty. <br /> <br />Any person, firm, corporation, association, partnership, <br /> <br />trustee, or any agent, servant or employee thereof who shall <br /> <br />violate any provision of this ordinance, or any agent, servant, <br /> <br />officer or employee of any corporation who shall direct any <br /> <br />activities which shall result in a violation of any provision <br /> <br />of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br /> <br />conviction shall be fined in an amount not to exceed Two <br /> <br />Hundred Dollars ($200.00). Each day of any such violation <br /> <br />shall be deemed a separate offense. <br /> <br />Section 4.
