<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(' <br /> <br />'.' <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO, 904 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING STANDARDS FOR CONCRETE USED IN THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF DREVEWAYS, SIDEWALKS AND PATIOS; PROVIDING <br />THAT ANY PERSON VIOLATING THE TERMS OF THIS ORDINANCE SHALL <br />BE DEEMED GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION SHALL <br />BE FINED IN ANY SUM NOT MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200,00) <br />AND EACH DAY OF VIOLATION SHALL BE DEEMED A SEPARATE OFFENSE; <br />AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1, In cases where concrete is used for driveways, <br /> <br />sidewalks and patios, the concrete shall have a minimum thick- <br />ness of four (4) inches, and shall be reinforced with six (6) <br /> <br />gauge 6x6 wire mesh, <br /> <br />Section 2, Any person, firm, corporation, association, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />partnership, turstee, or any ~gent, servant or employee thereof <br />who shall violate any provision of this ordinance, shall be <br />deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be <br />punished by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200,00), <br /> <br />Each day any violation of this ordinance shall continue shall <br /> <br />constitute a separate offense, <br /> <br />Section 3, This ordinance shall be effective fourteen <br /> <br />~. <br /> <br />(14) days after its pass~ge and approval.
