No person shall be admitted to pool who has sores, <br />open abrasions, a cold, or any other physical condi- <br />tion which might contaminate the pool or jeopardize <br />such person's own safety, or that of others. <br /> <br />D. Everyone must take a shower bath before entering the <br />pool. No bobby pins or hair pins allowed in pool. <br /> <br />E. No child under the age of seven (7) will be permitted <br />in the pool, unless under the direct supervision of a <br />responsible person. <br /> <br />F. The attendant in charge shall enforce such other <br />sanitary measures as are deemed necessary to safe- <br />guard the health, safety and well-being of persons <br />using the pool and its facilities. <br /> <br />G. No bottles, glass, candy, or food of any kind will <br />be permitted within the pool enclosure. Bottles of <br />suntan lotion may be kept in one's basket, which <br />shall be available to patrons for use in the bath- <br />house. <br /> <br />H. When diving from a springboard, not more than one <br />jump will be permitted for each dive. <br /> <br />I. No running or rough playing will be permitted with- <br />in the pool enclosure. <br /> <br />J. No person wearing street clothes will be allowed <br />within the pool enclosure. <br /> <br />K.. No drinking of alcoholic beverages will be allowed <br />in, on, or around the Municipal Pool and Park Area <br />at any time. <br /> <br />L. No dogs or pets of any kind will be permitted with- <br />in the pool enclosure or bathhouse. <br /> <br />M. No unauthorized persons will be allowed on the life- <br />guard platform at any time. <br /> <br />N. The manager or other person in charge shall have the <br />power to eject any person from the pool enclosure, <br />bathhouse, or park for violation of any of the rules, <br />or any person whose condition or conduct warrants <br />such action, in his opinion. Further~ the manager <br />or other person in charge shall have the power to <br />refuse admission to the pool, bathhouse or park, to <br />any person. <br /> <br />Section 4. A manager, three (3) lifeguards, one (1) <br /> <br />relief lifeguard, one (1) basket attendant, and one (1) cashier <br /> <br />shall be employed for the season by the City. <br /> <br />Section s. Any person, firm, corporation, association, <br /> <br />partnership, trustee, or any agent, servant or employee there- <br />of who shall violate any provision of this ordinance, shall be <br />deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be <br /> <br />punished by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00). <br />
