In connection with such transfer, ATA assigned the Agreements to APL. <br />APL assumed all obligations of AT A under the Agreements, but your consent, express or <br />implied, will not be deemed to release AT A from any obligation it may have relating to the <br />Agreements, <br /> <br />To evidence your consent, we respectfully request that you execute and return the <br />enclosed" copy of this letter to us as soon as possible, A self-addressed, stamped envelope <br />is enclosed for your convenience, If we have not received written response from you <br />within thirty days after your receipt of this letter or within such longer time, ifany, as may <br />be otherwise applicable, we will assume that you consent to the transfer, <br /> <br />This letter should not be construed to admit that consent rights exist or to waive or <br />prejudice our right, ifany, to treat any failure to respond to this letter as a waiver of your <br />consent rights, if any. <br />
