Box 1115 <br />City of La Porte, Texas 77272-1115 <br /> <br />RE: Change of Product Service from Hydrogen to Waste Water <br />Ordinance No. 915 Granted by the City of La Porte <br />& Permit No. 1066 Granted by the City of Lomax <br /> <br />Air Products Manufacturing Corporation is requesting approval for a change of product service of <br />an existing 4" Hydrogen pipeline that is currently located within the Exxon Pipeline Company and <br />Friendswood Corridors, running north and south through the City of La Porte. The change of <br />product is from Hydrogen to "NON-HAZARDOUS" WASTE WATER ("NON-HAZARDOUS" <br />as defined by EPNDOT definitions/regulations), The line is currently idle under a nitrogen purge <br />, and Air Products has been granted the authority to change product service by the owner of the <br />pipeline corridors.
