'r .",' .. . e ORDINANCE NO. 915-G ~ ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION 1B-A-3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 915, "PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION," BEING CHAPTER 1B-A OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS; AND APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE QUAKER OATS COMPANY TO CONSTRUCT A 4-INCH HYDROGEN PIPE LINE AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO~~1ISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: Section 1. The City Commission of the City of La Porte has received an application dated November 11, 1975, from THE QUAKER OATS COMPANY, requesting a permit under section 1B-A-3 of Ordinance No. 915, being Chapter lB-A of the Code of Ordi- nances;of the City of La Porte, to construct a 4-inch Hydrogen pipe line, crossing the City of La Porte, all as shown on said application. The application of THE QUAKER OATS CO~~ANY has been reviewed by the City's Director of Public Works, who has found that said application meets all requirements of said Ordinance No. 915, and has recoITh"1\ended its approval. Sect~on 2. The City Commission of the City of La Porte hereby approves the application of THE QUAKE~ OATS COMPANY, dated November 11, 1975, and this Ordinance shall constitute a permit to THE QUAKER OATS COMPANY to lay and construct said pipe line within the City of La Porte,' all in conformance with" the requirements of said Ordinance No. 915.
