<br />, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9l5-R <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION l8-A-3 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 9l5, "PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION," BEING CHAPTER l8-A OF THE <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS; AND APPROVING <br />THE APPLICATION OF SEAGULL PRODUCTS PIPELINE COMPANY, TO CONSTRUCT <br />A SIX-INCH (6") PROPYLENE PIPELINE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE HEREOF. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section l. The City Council of the City of La Porte has <br /> <br />received an application dated October 4, 1982, from Seagull <br /> <br />Products Pipeline'Company, requesting a permit under Section <br /> <br />l8-A-3 of Ordinance No. 9l5, being Chapter l8-A of the Code of <br /> <br />Ordinances of the City of La Porte, to construct a six-inch (6") <br /> <br />nominal diameter propylene pipeline crossing the City of La Porte, <br /> <br />. all as shown on said application. The application of Seagull <br /> <br />Products Pipeline Company, has been reviewed by the City's <br /> <br />Director of Public Works, who has found that said application <br /> <br />meets all requirements of said Ordinance No. 915, and has recom- <br /> <br />mended its approval. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of La Porte hereby <br /> <br />approves the application of Seagull Products Pipeline Company, <br /> <br />dated October 4, 1982, and this Ordinance shall constitute a <br /> <br />permit to Seagull Products Pipeline Company, to lay and construct <br /> <br />said pipeline within the City of La Porte, all in conformance <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />with the requirements of said Ordinance No. 915. <br /> <br />Section 3.
