Box 1115 <br />laPorte, TX 77571 <br /> <br />Re: Request for Passage of Ordinance for <br />Two 16-inch Pipelines Crossing <br />0, H, and P Streets <br />UCC Project 2089 (line list H-10) <br /> <br />This is to request passage of an ordinance by the City of laPorte granting <br />permission to Union Carbide Corporation located at Old Ridgebury Road, <br />Danbury, CT 06817 and incorporated in the State of New York, to cross, lay, <br />construct, operate, maintain and inspect two adjacent 16-inch pipelines under <br />the City of laPorte roads "0" Street, "H" Street and "P" Street at locations <br />shown on the enclosed drawings A-2204978, A-2204979 and A-2204983. A drawing <br />which displays the entire route through the City of laPorte, A-2204975, is <br />also enclosed. <br /> <br />The pipelines, to be constructed in 1984, will convey oxygen and nitrogen gas. <br />The enclosed functional specifications, dated 1/21/83, elaborate on specific <br />details relative to the installation. <br /> <br />Please address all correspondence pertinent to this request for passage of <br />this ordinance to my attention at the above address. <br /> <br />Very truly yours, <br /> <br />~~ <br /> <br />R.
