<br />. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />.~. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 9l5-V <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT UNDER SECTION l8-A-3 OF ORDINANCE <br />NO. 915, "PIPELINE TRANSPORTATION, II BEING CHAPTER l8-A OF THE <br />CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS: AND APPROVING <br />THE APPLICATION OF GULF OIL CORPORATION DATED MARCH 5, 1984, <br />TO CONSTRUCT A SIX INCH (6") PROPYLENE PIPELINE: AND PROVIDING <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council of the City of La Porte has <br /> <br />received an application dated March 5, 1984, from Gulf Oil <br /> <br />Corporation, requesting permit under Section l8-A-3 of Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 915, being Chapter l8-A of the Code of Ordinances of the <br /> <br />City of La Porte, to construct a six inch (6") propylene pipe- <br /> <br />line, crossing the City of La Porte, all as shown on said <br /> <br />application_ The application of Gulf Oil Corporation has been <br /> <br />reviewed by the City's Director of Public Works, who has found <br /> <br />that said application meets all requirements of said Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 915, and has recommended its approval_ <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City of La Porte <br /> <br />hereby approves the application of Gulf Oil Corporation, dated <br />March 5, 1984, and this Ordinance shall constitute a permit to <br />Gulf Oil Corporation to lay and construct said pipeline within <br />the City of La Porte, all in conformance with the requirements <br /> <br />of said Ordinance No. 915. <br /> <br />Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and <br /> <br />effect from and after its passage and approval. <br />
