<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />10. No raw sewage or effluence from septic tanks~ car wash, or sUnilar <br />facilities shall be drained into State Highway storm sewer systems. <br /> <br />11. Power transmission line crossings over highways shall be constructed <br />and maintained a mintmum of 22 feet above the surface of the traffic <br />lanes. For power lines above 50,000 volts, the clearance shall be <br />increased in accordance with the National Electric Safety Code as <br />published in the National Bureau of Standards, Handbook 30. <br /> <br />12. Communications line crossings over highways shall be constructed <br />and maintained a mintmum of 18 feet above the surface of the traffic <br />lanes. <br /> <br />13. Work covered by this permit shall be so conducted that it will not <br />interfere in any way with any highway contract construction or <br />repair work, or any State maintenance work that may be done on this <br />road.
