A copy of the <br />construct.ion drawings is required at this time. <br /> <br />2. At completion of construction, the pipeline owner shall <br />submit letter and record drawings to the Harris county Flood <br />Control District, Utility Department, requesting inspection <br />of items constructed in Barris County Flood Control District <br />right.-of-way. <br /> <br />ut.ility <br />prior to <br />approved <br /> <br />3. The pipeline owner or his contractor shall be responsible <br />for protecting, maintaining, and restoring backs lope <br />drainage systems. <br /> <br />4. Backfill is to be compacted in no qreater than 1-foot lifts <br />to the density of the undisturbed adjacent soil. <br /> <br />S. The pipeline owner or his contractor shall be responsible <br />for maintaining flow in the channel during construction and <br />restoring the channel to its original condition. <br /> <br />6.. All excess excavated material is to be removed from the <br />Harris County Flood Control District riqht-of-way.
