Call to order. <br /> 2. Roll call of members. <br /> 3. Consider approval of meeting minutes: October 15,2015 Meeting. <br /> 4. Consider a recommendation to the La Porte City Council on a proposed amendment to the Future <br /> Land Use Map component of the La Porte Comprehensive Plan by amending the land use <br /> designation for a 20 acre tract of land known as Tract 1L,Johnson Hunter Survey,Abstract 35, <br /> from "Low Density Residential'to"Commercial," "Mid-to High-Density Residential'and"Mixed <br /> Use." <br /> 5. Consider approval or other action regarding a request by Turfway FEC, LLC for approval of the <br /> proposed La Porte Town Center General Plan for the 20 acre tract of land known as Tract 1L, <br /> Johnson Hunter Survey, Abstract 35 generally located on the east side of State Highway 146 <br /> north of Wharton Weems Boulevard. <br /> 6. Open a public hearing to receive input on an application for Special Conditional Use Permit #15- <br /> 91000007, a request by Turfway FEC, LLC to allow for construction of an entertainment, <br /> commercial and residential mixed use development on a 20-acre tract of land known as Tract 1L, <br /> Johnson Hunter Survey, Abstract 35 generally located on the east side of State Highway 146 <br /> north of Wharton Weems Boulevard. <br /> a.
