The Court having then <br />considered such Stipulation and heard the attorneys with respect <br />thereto, and being of the opinion and finding that such Stipula- <br /> <br />tion should be approved <br />It is accordingly, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED <br /> <br />that the Stipulation of Settlement be and the same is hereby <br /> <br />in all things APPROVED and is hereby INCORPORATED as part <br /> <br />of this Final Judgment for all purposes; and, without limiting <br /> <br />the generality of the foregoing approval, <br /> <br />. <br />
