Granting of application for auto wrecker permit. <br />If the committee finds after the hearing and investigation <br />that a greater number of auto wrecker permits are desirable <br />and that the gra~ting of the application would not create a <br />public inconvenienqe, the committee shall then instruct the <br />City Clerk to notify the applicant in writing within ten (10) <br />days from the last date of the hearing that such vehicle or <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />vehicles are authorized to operate under the provisions of <br />this chapter so long as they are in compliance with all of <br />the provisions hereof and all federal, state, county, and city <br />laws and ordinances and rules promulgated by the Chief of <br />Police of the City. of La Porte. The committee shall also in- <br />struct the City Clerk to publish an official notice of its find- <br />ing in the newspaper within such time. <br /> <br />Sec. 6~9.
