<br />HL80p 82 . <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />HOUSTON LIGHTING & POWER COMPANY <br /> <br />Rate Schedule MSL <br /> <br />MUNICIPAL STREET LIGHTING SERVICE <br /> <br />e AVAILABILITY - At all points within the corporate limits of any City, which has granted the <br />Company a standard 50-year franchise, where facilities of adequate capacity and suitable voltage <br />are adjacent to the lamps to be served. <br /> <br />APPLICATION - To the requirements of the City upon approved orders issued to the Company <br />by the City, giving number, type and lumen rating of lamps to be installed. Installation, main- <br />tenance and operation of street lights will be at the expense of the Company. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />NET ANNUAL RATE - <br /> <br />(I) For Mercury Vapor Lamps Mounted on Ornamental <br />Standards Served by Underground Conductors <br />(a) 60,000 lumen lamps with one lamp per standard. <br />(b) 20,000 lumen lamps with one lamp per standard. <br />(c) 20,000 lumen lamps with two lamps per standard <br />(d) 7,500 lumen lamps with one lamp per standard. <br />(e) 3,300 lumen lamps with one lamp per standard. <br /> <br />(2) For Mercury Vapor Lamps M9unted on Ornamental <br />Standards Served By Overhead Cond1;Jctors <br />(a) 60,000 lumen lamps with one lamp per standard. <br />(b) 20,000 lumen lamps with ()ne lamp per standard. <br />(c) 20,000 lumen lamps with two lamps per standard <br /> <br />(3) For Mercury Vapor Lamps Mounted on' Existing Wooden <br />Poles Served by Overhead Conductors <br />(a) 60,000 lumen lamps with one or more lamps per pole. <br />(b) 20,000 lumen lamps with one or more lamps per pole. <br />(c) 7,500 lumen lamps with one or more lamps per pole. <br />(d) 3,300 lumen lamps with one or more lamps per pole. <br /> <br />(4) For Incandescent Lamps in Service Prior tolune 2,1965 <br />Incandescent street lighting fixtures in service as of June 2, 1965, will be continued in <br />service, until replaced, on the rates in effect on June 2, 1965.
