<br />'.' <br /> <br />.' <br /> <br />.., <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANeE NO. 1047 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANeE MAKING APPROPRIATIONS FOR SUPPORT OF THE GOVERNMENT <br />OF THE eITY OF LA PORTE, TEXAS, FOR THE FISeAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />oeTOBER 1, 1976, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, AND LEVYING A TAX <br />OF $ .92 ON EAeH $100.00 OF ASSESSED VALUE OF ALL REAL AND PER- <br />SONAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN SAID eITY. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THEeITY eOMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE, <br />TEXAS: <br /> <br />Section 1. For the purpose of providing a budget for the <br />fiscal year beginning October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, <br />1977, an Ad Valorem Tax of $ .92 on each $100.00 of assessed <br /> <br />value of all real and person~l property located within the eity <br />of La Porte is hereby levied and such tax shall be collected <br /> <br />under and by the authQrity of this eity and of the State of Texas, <br /> <br />and the sums set forth below be and the same are hereby appropriated <br /> <br />for the maintenance, operation and improvement ,of the Government <br /> <br />of the eity of La Porte, and the same shall be strictly applied <br /> <br />for the several purposes and,in the respective amounts hereinafter <br /> <br />specified. <br />Section 2.
