H. & S. A. Railroad or its successors or assigns; <br /> <br />THENeE in an Easterly direction with said Westerly projection <br />of said North boundary line of Tract No. 1 of Bayshore <br />Municipal Utility District and with the said North boundary <br />line of Tract No. 1 of Bayshore Municipal Utility District <br />and continuing in the same Easterly direction across Spur <br />501 (also known as Old State Highway 146) to a point of <br />intersection with the East right-of-way line of said Spur <br />501; <br /> <br />THENeE in a Southerly direction along said East right-of- <br />way line of said Spur 501 a distance of 100 feet, more or <br />~ess, to the North ,line of Pine Bluff Addition; <br /> <br />THENeE in an Easterly direction along said North line of <br />Pine Bluff Addition, a distance of 1,350 ,feet, more or <br />less, to a point on the West Shoreline of Galveston Bay. <br />
