Railroad to the point of intersection with a Westerly projection of the North right-of-way line of McCabe Road; THENeE in an Easterly direction along the Westerly projection of the North right-of-way line of Mceabe Road and the North right-of-way line of Mceabe Road to the point of intersection with the West right-of- way line of new State Highway No. 1~6; THENeE in a Northerly direction following the West right-of-way line of said new State Highway 146 to a point for corner 500 feet North of the South right-of- way line of Mceabe Road, to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TRAeT NO. 2 BEING a tract of land out of the W. P. Harris Survey, A-30, Harris eounty, Texas, and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the North line of the W. P.
