MCKinstry Survey, Abstract No. 47, <br />Harris County, Texas and being more fully described by metes <br />and bounds as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the east line <br />of the Red Bluff Road 300 foot wide right of way and the <br />northwest line of the 200 foot wide right of way of Wil- <br />low Spring Gully, Harris County Flood Control District <br />Ditch designated No. Bl12~00-00, said point being on a <br />city limits line of Pasadena, Texas: <br /> <br />THENCE, in a northwesterly direction along the easterly <br />line of Red Bluff Road 300 foot wide right of way to its <br />intersection with the Corporate Limits of the City of <br />Pasadena, being the south line of a 200 foot wide strip, <br />annexed by the City of Pasadena. Said line also being <br />200 feet south of and parallel to the north line of the <br />George B. McKinstry Survey: <br /> <br />THENCE, easterly along the Corporate Limits of the City <br />of Pasadena and the south line of the 200 foot wide <br />strip annexed by the City of Pasadena 200 feet south of <br />the north line of the George B.
