The 96.242 acre tract of land is more particularly described by metes and bounds as followsj Beginning at a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the Southeast corner of Block 698j said point being coincident with the point of intersection of the West right- of-way line Twenty-Fifth Street ( based on a width of 60 feet ) and the North right-of-way line of If A " Street ( based on a width of 60 feet ). Thence, Southj coincident with the l~est right-of-way line of Twenty-Fifth Street; a distance of 452.50 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for corner lincident with the present North right-of-way line of West Main Street ( Spencer .1ghway ). Thence, Hestj coincident with the present North right-of-way line of North Mnin Street; a distance of 266.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the Southwest corner of this tractj said point being coincident with the East right- of-way line of Twenty-Sixth Street. Thence, Northj coincident with the East right-of-~yay line of Twenty-Sixth Street ( Sens Road) based on a width of 60 feet; passing at 2,732.50 feet, a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the Northwest corner of Block 626; for a total distance of 2,790.81 feet to a point corner in the center of an existing drainage ditch.
