Sarkis, dated April 6, <br />1967, recorded in Vol. 6720, page 179 of the Deed Records of <br />Harris County, said corner being also the Southeast corner of <br />Lot 18 of the Strang Subdivision of a part of the Enouch <br />Brinson Survey according to the map thereof recorded in Vol. <br />75, page 22 of the Deed Records of Harris County; <br /> <br />THENCE North 89048' West along the South lines of Lots <br />18,19 and 20 of said Strang Subdivision a distance of 1271.90 <br />feet to a concrete monument in the South line of said Lot 20 <br />which is 181.26 feet South 890481 from the Southwest corner <br />of said Lot 20; <br /> <br />THENCE along a curve to the right having a long chord <br />which bears North 77054' West 185.38 feet and a radius of <br />438.6 feet a distance of 186.78 feet to a concrete monument in <br />the West line of said Lot 20, such monument being at the South- <br />west corner of the tract of 9.484 acres described in deed to <br />Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. from Thomas T. Chase et al <br />dated April 20, 1967 recorded in Vol. 6753, page 39 of the <br />Deed Records of Harris County; <br /> <br />THENCE North along the West line of said Lot 20 and of <br />said 9.484 acres a distance of 810.33 feet to the Northwest <br />corner of said Lot 20, being also the Northwest corner of <br />said 9.484 acres; <br /> <br />THENCE East a distance of 202 feet along the North line <br />of said Lot 20 and the South line of Strang Road to a point <br />in the North line of said Lot 20; <br /> <br />THENCE South parallel to and 202 feet from the West <br />line of said Lot 20 a distance of 640.0 feet, more or <br />less, to a point ("Said Point") in said Lot 20 that is <br />213 feet, more or less, from the point in the South line of <br />said Lot 20 that is due South of Said Point; <br /> <br />THENCE South 89048' East parallel to and 213 feet from <br />the South boundary lines of Lots 20, 19 and 18 of the said <br />Strang Subdivision a distance of 1251.16 feet to a point in <br />the East line of Lot 18 of said subdivision located 140 feet <br />North 00021 East from the Southeast corner of said Lot 18; <br /> <br />THENCE South 0002; West a distance of 213 feet along the <br />East line of said Lot 18 to its Southeast corner, being the <br />Place of Beginning. <br />
