<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1238 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING ALL OF THE ALLEY <br />IN BLOCK ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY-THREE (173), IN THE TOWN OF <br />LA PORTE, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the said alley in Block One Hundred Seventy-Three <br /> <br />(173), in the Town of La Porte, has never been opened or used as <br /> <br />a public thoroughfare, and the public utilities now making use <br /> <br />of such alley have all given their written consent for its closing; <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of La Porte has deter- <br /> <br />mined and does hereby find, determine and declare that the said <br /> <br />alley is not suitable, needed, or beneficial to the public as a <br /> <br />public alley, and should be vacated, abandoned and permanently <br /> <br />closed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The alley located in Block One Hundred Seventy- <br /> <br />Three (173) in the Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, is <br /> <br />hereby permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by the City of <br /> <br />La Porte. <br /> <br />Section 2.
