MEETS AND BOUNDS DESCRIPTION Being a 3,942 square foot tract of land in the Town of La Porte, 411ohnson Hunter Survey, A-3S, Harris count~, Texas; situated South of and coincident with the South boundary line of Lot 16, Block 305, according to the Map of La Porte as recorded in Volume 60, Page 113 of the Harris County Deed Records and is more particularly described by meets and bounds as follows; Beginning at a 5/8 inch iron rod set for the Northeast corner of Lot 17 and the Southwest corner of Lot 18, all in Block 305, Town of La Porte. Thence, S 250 48' 44" W; coincident with a straight line pro- jection of the West right-of-way line of Park Avenue (100 feet in width); a distance of 98.62 feet to a point for curve. Thence, following a curve to the right; said curve having a central angle of 1260 56' 16" and a radius of 15.00 feet; for an arc distance of 33.23 feet to a point 0f tangent. tI Thence, N 270 15' W; coincident with a straight line projection of the North right-of-way line of San Jacinto Avenue (100 feet in width); a distance of 98.62 feet to an "X" cut in concrete.
