<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1175, Page. 9; <br /> <br />'. or abate the same at the expense of Grantee, all without com- <br />pensation or liability for damages to Grantee. <br /> <br />Section 9. CONDITIONS OF STREET AND ALLEY OCCUPANCY. <br /> <br />A. Use. All structures, wires, cables, equipment and <br /> <br />facilities erected or maintained by Grantee within City shall <br />be located as to cause minimum interference with the proper and <br /> <br />intended use of the streets and alleys and with the rights or <br /> <br />reasonable convenience of the owners or occupiers of property <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />which adjoins any of such streets and alleys. <br /> <br />B. Restoration. The surface of any street disturbed by <br /> <br />Grantee in laying, constru~ting, maintaining, operating, using, <br /> <br />extending, removing, replacing or repairing its CATV System shall <br />be restored by Grantee immediately after the completion of the <br /> <br />work, at its cost and expense, to as good a condition as before <br />the commencement of the work and maintained by Grantee to the <br />satisfac tion of City Commission, or to the Director of Public <br />Works if such duties have been so delegated, for one year from <br />~he date of completion of such restoration work. No street shall <br />. be encumbered by construction, maintenance, removal, restoration or <br />repair work by Grantee for a longer period than shall be neces- <br />sary to execute such work. If there is an unreasonable delay by <br /> <br />Grantee in restoring and maintaining streets after such excava- <br /> <br />tions or repairs have been made, City shall have the right with- <br />out further notice to restore or repa{r the same and to require <br /> <br />Grantee to pay the reasonable cost of such restoration or repair. <br /> <br />C. Relocation. Whenever by reason of the construction, <br /> <br />repair, maintenance, relocation, widening, raising or lowering of <br /> <br />. <br />
