There shall be no charge by the <br />Company for a cable related service call. For a non-cable related <br />service call, the Company may charge Seven Dollars and Fifty <br />Cen ts ($ 7 . 50 ) . <br />Section 2. Lower Rates. The Company may establ ish lower <br />special contract rates and charges for large volume commercial <br />or industrial subscribers. In addition, the Company may waive <br />all or a portion of the installation charges to new subscribers <br />during any promotional period established by the Company. <br />Section 3. Discontinuance of Service. The Company may dis- <br />continue service to a subscriber upon such subscriber's failure <br />to pay a monthly service charge within thirty (30) days after it <br />is due and payable; provided, however, the Company shall give <br />five (5) days' written notice to the subscriber, delivered either <br />by mail or in person, that service will be discontinued unless <br />arrearages are paid before the expiration of such five (5) day <br />period. <br />Section 4. Change of Rates. The rates or charges pre- <br />scribed herein shall remain in full force and effect until changed <br />pursuant to Section 24 of the City of La Porte CATV Franchise <br />Ordinance, Ordinance No. 117S. <br />Section 5. The City Commission officially finds, determines, <br />recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of the date, <br />hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City Commission <br />was posted at a place convenient to the public at the City Hall <br />of the City for the time required by law preceding this meeting, <br />as required by the Open Meetings Law, Article 62S2-l7, Texas <br />Revised Civil Statutes Annotated; and that this meeting has been <br />open to the public as required by law at all times during which <br />this ordinance and the subject matter thereof has been discussed, <br />
