<br />. . <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1167 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING ALL OF THE <br />ALLEY IN BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), BAYFRONT ADDITION TO THE <br />TOWN OF LA PORTE, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the said alley in Block Thirteen (13), BAYFRONT <br /> <br />Addition to the Town of La Porte, has never been opened or used <br /> <br />as a public thoroughfare, and the pub1ic.uti1ities now making <br />use of such alley have all given their written consent for <br /> <br />its closing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of La Porte has <br /> <br />determined and does hereby find, determine and declare that <br /> <br />the said alley is not suitable, needed, or beneficial to the <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />public as a public alley, and should be vacated, abandoned and <br /> <br />permanently closed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The alley located in Block Thirteen (13), <br /> <br />BAYFRONT Addition to the Town of La Porte, Harris County, <br /> <br />Texas, is hereby permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by <br /> <br />the City of La Porte. <br /> <br />Section 2.
