<br />..~.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />""' <br /> <br />...,. <br />" . <br />" " <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1155 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING, ABANDONING AND CLOSING ALL OF THE <br />ALLEY IN BLOCK SIX HUNDRED NINETY (690), IN THE TOWN OF <br />LA PORTE, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the said alley in Block Six Hundred Ninety <br />(690) of the Town of La Porte has never been opened or <br /> <br />used as a public thoroughfare, and the public utilities now <br /> <br />making use of such alley have all given their written con- <br /> <br />sent for its closing; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of La Porte <br />has determined and does hereby find, determine and declare <br /> <br />that the said alley is not suitable, needed" or beneficial <br /> <br />to the public as a public alley, and should be vacated, <br /> <br />abandoned and permanently closed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section 1. The alley located in Block Six Hundred Ninety <br /> <br />(690) of the TOWN OF LA PORTE, Harris County, Texas, is hereby <br /> <br />permanently vacated, abandoned and closed by the City of La Porte. <br /> <br />Section 2.
