Effective Date 1217178 <br />APPLICABLE: Revision 1st <br /> All Areas Page 1 Of 4 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />HL&P 79 <br /> <br />LARGE OVERHEAD SERVICE (A) - LOSA <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY - From 138 ,000 volt, three phase, 60 hert z alternating current, <br />overhead lines which have been made available for this service. <br /> <br />APPLICATION - To all electric service supplied at one location and measured <br />through one meter when the Customer owns, operates, and maintains all facilities <br />(except metering equipment) necessary to receive three phase, 60 hertz alternating <br />current service at 138,000 volts or higher. <br /> <br />Energy cannot be resold or shared. If Customer has electric generating <br />capacity installed and desires standby service, additional contract arrangements <br />will be required. <br /> <br />MONTHLY BILL - <br /> <br />To determine the amount of the monthly bill to be paid a calculation shall be <br />made each month under (1) and (2) below, subject in each case to the applicable <br />adjustments stated under (3) below, and the Customer shall pay the higher of the <br />two amounts thus determined: <br /> <br />(1) Rate - (a) Primary Kva Charge <br />$7,000 which includes 2,000 primary kva <br />$3.00 per kva for all additional primary kva <br /> <br />(b) Secondary Kva Charge <br />$1.25 per kva for all secondary kva <br /> <br />(c) Kwh Charge <br />0.28~ per kwh for all kwh <br /> <br />(2) Minimum: The primary kva charge applicable to the current month. <br /> <br />(3) Adjustments: (a) Plus an amount determined in accordance with <br />Rider FC. <br /> <br />HOUSTON LIGHTING & POWER COMPANY <br />
