A bill for electric service is delinquent <br />by the Past Due Date shown on the Electric Service Bill. Customer may, at any time, <br />install metering instruments to check the service supplied under this schedule. <br /> <br />The Company may at its option measure service on the low voltage side of the <br />Customer's transformers in which event the kva and kwh recorded by the Company's <br />metering instruments will be adjusted to compensate for transformer losses on the <br />basis of data furnished by the manufacturer of the Customer's transformers. When <br />the manufacturer is unable to supply the necessary data the adjustment will be <br />based on tests conducted by the Company on the Customer's transformers. <br /> <br />CONTRACT PERIOD - Not less than 3 years. <br /> <br />NOTICE Electric Service hereunder is subject to the Company's Terms and <br />Conditions for the Sale of Electric Service. <br /> <br />HOUSTON LIGHTING & POWER,COMPANY <br />
