If Customer contracts for Secondary Kva, but does not use it for <br />twelve consecutive months, such Secondary Kva will no longer be made available. <br /> <br />(4) The above provision number (3) is not applicable to either (a) new <br />customers taking service for the first time during the period starting on October <br />16 and continuing through May 14 or (b) existing customers adding new facilities <br />during such period which will be operated in the On Peak Hours. Customer may, at any time, <br />~nstall metering instruments to check the service supplied under this schedule. <br /> <br />The Company may at its option measure service on the low voltage side of the <br />Customer's transformers in which event the kva and kwh recorded by the Company's <br />metering instruments will be adjusted to compensate for transformer losses on the <br />basis of data furnished by the manufacturer of the Customer's transformers. When <br />the manufacturer is unable to supply the necessary data the adjustment will be <br />based on tests conducted by the Company on the Customer's transformers. <br /> <br />CONTRACT PERIOD - Not less than 3 years. <br /> <br />NOTICE Electric Service hereunder is subject to the Company's Terms and <br />Conditions for the Sale of Electric Service. <br /> <br />HOW:;TON LIGHTING &.
