<br />ITEM: Rate Schedules Section No. IV <br /> Street Lighting Operation and Sheet No. D10 <br />e Maintenance Service - STM <br /> Effective Date 1217178 <br />APPLICABLE: Revision 1st <br /> All Areas Page Of <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br /> <br />STREET LIGHTING OPERATION AND <br />MAINTENANCE SERVICE - STM <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY - At all points wi thin the corporate limits of any City, which has <br />granted the Company a standard 50-year franchise, where facilities of adequate <br />capacity and suitable voltage are adjacent to the lamps to be served. <br /> <br />APPLICATION - To the requirements of the City upon approval by the Company of the <br />number, type and lumen rating of the lamps to be installed. Installation of the <br />highway lighting system will not be at the expense of the Company. The City will <br />provide all equipment designated as non-standard equipment by the Company. <br />Operation and maintenance of freeway lights served hereunder will be at the <br />expense of the Company. Addi tional contract arrangements may be required for <br />special applications such as high mast installations. The term "high mast'" <br />applies only to installations that are higher than 50 feet and involve four orr <br />more ring mounted lamps which can be lowered for maintenance.
