First 400 cubic feet or less $2.25 <br />Next 8,600 cubic feet at 12.0 Cents per 100 cu. ft. <br /> Next 11,000 cubic feet at 10.0 Cents per 100 cu. ft. <br /> Next 10,000 cubic feet at 6.5 Cents per 100 cu. ft. <br /> AllOver 30,000 cubic feet at 5.0 Cents per 100 cu. ft. <br /> <br />Each monthly residential bill shall be increased by the <br />lesser of (a) 10% of the net monthly bill or (b) $3.00, to <br /> <br />arrive at the gross monthly bill. Each monthly commercial bill <br /> <br />shall be increased by the lesser of (a) 10% of the net monthly <br />bill or (b) $5.00, to arrive at the gross monthly bill. The <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />difference between the gross rate and the net rate, represent- <br /> <br />ing a discount, shall be allowed for payment of bills within <br /> <br />ten (10) days after the date of the bill. If a gas bill is <br />not paid within ten (10) days after its date, the gross bill <br /> <br />shall apply. <br /> <br />The Railroad Commission of Texas, after notice and <br /> <br />hearing of its Docket No. 246, by its order dated December 1, <br /> <br />1958, established and fixed the rate to be paid at the City Gate <br /> <br />for gas purchased for resale to the consumers affected by this <br /> <br />ordinance. If such City Gate Rate is hereafter decreased or <br /> <br />increased by subsequent order of the Railroad Commission (and <br /> <br />from time to time as such orders may issue) the rate herein <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />fixed for Residential and Commercial use shall forthwith be <br /> <br />likewise adjusted by changing the price per hundred cubic feet <br /> <br />of each step of the above two schedules in an amount equivalent <br /> <br />to the change in the Gate Rate, minus or plus, as may be <br /> <br />appropriate. <br /> <br />The rates in effect hereunder shall also be adjusted by <br /> <br />the Company (1) so as to accomplish a decrease or increase <br /> <br />of such rates equivalent to the change in the amount of taxes <br /> <br />or other government imposition payable solely by reason of <br /> <br />any change in rates pursuant to the provisions of the preced- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />ing paragraph; and (2) upon the imposition of any new or <br />
