<br />e <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />uLdinance No. 15S1 ' Page lO. <br /> <br />appeal within ten (lO) days shall constitute <br />a sustaining and affirmation of the suspen- <br />sion or revocation. <br /> <br />Sec. 5-97 Reinstatement after suspension <br /> <br />Every suspended kennel or pet establish- <br />ment license shall be reinstated promptly <br />upon correction or removal of the viola- <br />tion(s) specified in the notice of suspen- <br />sion. <br /> <br />Sec. 5-98 Removal of animals after revocation <br /> <br />All animals must be removed from a kennel <br />or pet establishment whose license has been <br />revoked, suspended or denied within ten (10) <br />days of the date of revocation, suspension, <br />denial or appeal unless the license has been <br />reissued. No kennel or pet establishment <br />license will be issued to a licensee whose <br />license has been revoked within one calendar <br />year of the date of revocation. Any animal(s) <br />remaining shall be impounded and disposed of. <br /> <br />Section 6. Any person, as defined in Section 1.07(27), <br />Texas Penal Code, who shall violate any provision of the <br /> <br />ordinance, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon <br /> <br />conviction shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred <br /> <br />Dollars ($200.00). <br /> <br />Section 7. The City Council officially finds, determines, <br /> <br />recites and declares that a sufficient written notice of the <br /> <br />date, hour, place and subject of this meeting of the City <br />Council was posted at a place convenient to the public at the <br /> <br />Ci ty Hall of the Ci ty for the time required by law preceding <br /> <br />this meeting, as required by the Open Meetings Law, Article <br /> <br />6252-17, Texas Revised Civil Statutes Annotated1 and that this <br /> <br />meeting has been open to the public as required by law at all <br />times during which this ordinance and the subject matter thereof <br /> <br />has been discussed, considered and formally acted upon. The <br />City Council further ratifies, approves and confirms such <br />written notice and the contents and posting thereof. <br /> <br />Section 8.
