<br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Ordinance No. <br /> <br />l536 <br /> <br />, Page 3 <br /> <br />Thirty-six (1436) bounded the center of Little Cedar Bayou and <br /> <br />the North property line of the Golf Course; that portion of <br />First (1st) Street between the center of Little Cedar Bayou <br /> <br />and the North property line of the Golf Course and lying and <br /> <br />situated between Blocks Fourteen Hundred Thirty-six (l436) and <br /> <br />Fourteen Hundred Thirty-Seven (1437); portion of Park Avenue: <br /> <br />Beginning with a point for a corner, being the intersection of <br /> <br />the center line of Little Cedar Bayou and the West right-of-way <br /> <br />line of Park Avenue; thence, Southerly along the West right-of- <br /> <br />way line of Park Avenue to the center line of West lip II Street <br /> <br />being a point for a corner; thence, East along the center line <br /> <br />of West IIplI to the East right-of-way line of Park Avenue for a <br /> <br />point for a corner; thence, Northerly along the East right-of- <br /> <br />way line of Park Avenue to the center of Little Cedar Bayou <br /> <br />for a point for a corner; thence, Westerly meandering the <br /> <br />center of Little Cedar Bayou to the point of beginning; all as <br /> <br />set forth on Exhibit IIAII attached hereto and fully incorporated <br /> <br />by reference herein; Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, <br /> <br />are not suitable needed, or beneficial to the public as a public <br /> <br />roads or streets, and that the closing of said right-of-ways <br /> <br />and alleys is for the protection of the public and for the <br /> <br />public interest and benefit, and that the hereinafter described <br /> <br />right-of-ways and alleys should be vacated, abandoned, and <br /> <br />permanently closed; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LA PORTE: <br /> <br />Section l.
