e e Ordinance No. l536 , Page 3 Thirty-six (1436) bounded the center of Little Cedar Bayou and the North property line of the Golf Course; that portion of First (1st) Street between the center of Little Cedar Bayou and the North property line of the Golf Course and lying and situated between Blocks Fourteen Hundred Thirty-six (l436) and Fourteen Hundred Thirty-Seven (1437); portion of Park Avenue: Beginning with a point for a corner, being the intersection of the center line of Little Cedar Bayou and the West right-of-way line of Park Avenue; thence, Southerly along the West right-of- way line of Park Avenue to the center line of West lip II Street being a point for a corner; thence, East along the center line of West IIplI to the East right-of-way line of Park Avenue for a point for a corner; thence, Northerly along the East right-of- way line of Park Avenue to the center of Little Cedar Bayou for a point for a corner; thence, Westerly meandering the center of Little Cedar Bayou to the point of beginning; all as set forth on Exhibit IIAII attached hereto and fully incorporated by reference herein; Town of La Porte, Harris County, Texas, are not suitable needed, or beneficial to the public as a public roads or streets, and that the closing of said right-of-ways and alleys is for the protection of the public and for the public interest and benefit, and that the hereinafter described right-of-ways and alleys should be vacated, abandoned, and permanently closed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA PORTE: Section l.
