No. H3T683 P10G280 equipped with 2 - Cubic Yard PAK-MOR GARAGE Collection Body, Model AF 20; and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of La Porte, a Chattel Mortgage of even date herewith, on those certain cars, trucks and equipment, on the form and containing the provisions, agreements, conditions and convenances required by said Bank. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the City of La Porte Hereby appro- priates and set aside the sum of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY- THREE AND 08/100 DOLLARS ($17,843.08) out of the current revenues from the collection of ad valorem taxes for the payment of such indebtedness.
