Any development beyond that currently presented will require a separate Special <br />Conditional Use Permit. <br /> <br />2. No changes, or amendments shall be made to the recorded site plan and covenants <br />without fIrst obtaining authorization from the City of La Porte. <br /> <br />3. It should be noted in the Special Conditional Use Permit and in the deed covenants that <br />the use of this property is limited to a 61 unit "senior citizen" assisted living center, as <br />defIned in SIC 8361. For these purposes, a senior citizen is defIned as a person who is <br />55 years of age or older. <br /> <br />, 4. PUD would be limited to a single story residential development. <br /> <br />5.
